We design and handcraft bespoke solid wood furniture and provide restoration services. All work is carried out from our workshop in the UK and delivered worldwide.
Every project begins with a free consultation. After the consultation we will provide a fixed written quote. Payment is required in full before production begins unless otherwise agreed in writing.
You may cancel within 14 days of placing an order for a full refund. Once production has started, cancellations are eligible for a partial refund based on work completed. Please see our Cancellation & Refund Policy for full details.
Lead times vary depending on the project and are confirmed in your quote. Delivery dates are estimates and while we make every effort to meet them, delays caused by circumstances beyond our control are not grounds for compensation.
Our liability is limited to the total value of the order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss. All furniture is insured during transit.
